Recurring Service

Gutter Maintenance Plans in NYC

Scheduled gutter cleanings and inspections — so clogs never turn into roof leaks, ice dams, or basement floods. Priority scheduling for plan members, no long-term contracts.

Licensed & insured · Serving all 5 NYC boroughs · No-contract plans

Why choose a recurring plan?

Most gutter damage is preventable. The homes that flood, ice dam, or need fascia repair aren't the ones with bad gutters — they're the ones that forgot to clean them. A maintenance plan takes that off your plate for a fraction of the cost of a single emergency call.

Prevent damage before it starts

Scheduled cleanings catch small issues (loose hangers, cracked seams) before they cause leaks.

Priority scheduling

Plan members are booked first — especially valuable before nor'easters and fall leaf drop.

Better per-visit pricing

Plan visits are 10–20% cheaper than one-off cleanings, with member discounts on repairs.

How the plan works

  1. 1. Free on-site assessment

We inspect your property and recommend the right plan based on roof size, tree cover, and gutter condition.

  2. 2. Locked-in schedule

We put your visits on the calendar for the year. You get a reminder 48 hours before each visit — no need to call and book.

  3. 3. Scheduled cleanings + inspections

Our team cleans gutters and downspouts, then walks the roofline and inspects for wear. You get a written report with photos.

  4. 4. Priority when weather turns

If a big storm is forecast, plan members are booked first for pre-storm inspections and post-storm response.

How do I pay?

Pay per visit or prepay annually (5% discount). Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly with net-30 terms.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

Never. All Gutter Pro X plans are month-to-month with no cancellation fee.
